REGISTRATIONAbout RegistrationAll submitted and accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and their authors will be invited to deliver an oral presentation. Authors should complete registration after receiving the acceptance notification; detailed instructions will be provided in the acceptance letter. Submitted abstracts will be included in the conference program but will not be published in the proceedings. Abstract authors should also register after receiving the acceptance notification, following the instructions in the acceptance letter.
Cancellation and Refund PolicyIf you wish to cancel your registration for personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email. Please note that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather, campus conditions, travel interruptions, visa delays, or health issues. Paper Quality and CopyrightThe inclusion of papers in the proceedings is subject to quality checks. If plagiarism or other quality issues are detected after submission of the final camera-ready papers, the conference organizers are not responsible. Organizers ensure the technical quality based on the peer review process. Authors are solely responsible for any plagiarism detected at any stage. No registration fee will be refunded if a paper is excluded from the proceedings by the publisher. Receipt and ConfirmationOnce your registration is confirmed, an official receipt will be issued. You will receive a hard copy of the receipt along with all conference materials at the venue. If you require the receipt before the conference, a scanned copy can be sent by email, or the hard copy can be mailed at your expense. |
