To ensure the smooth running of the conference, presenters are kindly requested to check in at the registration desk approximately 30 minutes before their scheduled presentation. Oral presentations are recommended to be delivered in English, and presenters are kindly asked to keep within the allocated time for both the presentation and discussion. Each oral presentation is scheduled for approximately 12–15 minutes, followed by 3–5 minutes for discussion.

Presentation files are recommended to be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format and provided to the session chair before the session begins. Presenters are also encouraged to bring a backup copy on a USB drive.

Poster presenters are kindly requested to set up their posters during the designated poster session and display them according to the assigned poster numbers.

Online presenters are advised to test their internet connection, microphone, and camera in advance. In the event of technical or scheduling constraints, presentation arrangements may be adjusted accordingly.
